 Mentoring works remarkably well online because: 

You can get mentored as and when you need it. This appeals to people who are busy or travel frequently. You can work completely anonymously and independently. The degree to which you want to share your progress and life is entirely in your control.  

  I focus where the client wants me to focus: Your goals are my goals. Although, Sometimes, to be more successful in life, you need to do some personal work. So don’t be surprised if you get some personal assessments and quizzes!

  One to six months. Although on average, most people find mentoring more beneficial than they realized and stay on longer than they initially anticipated—typically 9 months to a year. I will ask for a three-to-six-month commitment but usually let you stop immediately if mentoring is not working for you right now. I will have you sign a contract  or an agreement.
